Pat's Mom is a running gag in Two Best Friends Play. Pat's Mom is depicted as an obese slut by Matt usually accompied by Matt insinuating he's had sex with her. According to Pat, his mom actually watches the show and finds the jokes funny, much to his chagrin.

- According to part fourteen of their The Last of Us playthrough, Pat's mother does a great Marge Simpson impression.
- In part seventeen of their Disaster: Day of Crisis playthrough, Pat returns a call from his mom, where it's revealed that Pat does in fact love his mother.
- During their video for Splatoon, the Zaibatsu name their Squid amiibo Pat's Mom. Pat was not present to respond.
- During their video for The Terminator (Sega CD), Pat mentioned that his mother is prone to being easily scared, and so she didn't let him watch movies like "Aliens" and "The Terminator" when he was a kid.
- In part twenty of Parasite Eve II, Pat referred to his mother as "basically Edith Bunker" and a "wonderful dingbat". Woolie responded by saying "Why are we waiting 'till the fourth year to humanise the monster? The lore has already been set."
